Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom shirts, personalized items, DIY party packages, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case and work to resolve the problem.

Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, artwork, colors, sizes, and order details before submitting their order.

Cherry Street Apparel is not responsible for customer-provided errors after an order has been approved and processed.
